Terms and conditions:-

 No appeal will be entertained;

 Buyer(s) must be present on Balloting and Booking day;

 For funds transfer, pls advise buyer to add payee’s name before booking day (if applicable);

 PDI & OTP must be completed on the same day before 5pm;

 Full HDB docs must be submitted on the same day;

 Balloting and Booking procedure to be the same as project launch day;

 Buyers to select their choice unit based on their queue position;

 Any unsold unit will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
