E-Application submissions will take place at the Tenet Showflat every weekend from 11am - 2pm.

Ballot and Booking Date: Date: 1st July 2023 (Saturday)

 

Terms and Conditions:
No appeals will be entertained. All required documents must be presented before issuing the ballot ticket.

1. E-App

2. NRIC

3. Payslips required from May 2022 to May 2023

4. Marriage certificate, birth certificate and relevant HDB form, if applicable
    

Buyers must be present on the day of balloting and booking.
Particulars, Documents, and Information (PDI) and Option to Purchase (OTP) must be completed on the same day.

The balloting and booking SOP will be similar as the project launch day.

Buyers will select their preferred unit based on their queue position.
